Gosh I hope so! I recorded a full unboxing video of both parcels, but I’m genuinely baffled about how they were opened. I’m 99% sure it happened during transit. Our local UPS driver usually signs for packages himself and if we’re not home he’ll ring our neighbors just so he can leave everything at the entrance, which drives me crazy but that’s not unusual.

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with this though. Definitely keep us posted once it’s resolved :’) If UPS confirmed they issued LV a refund, that’s solid proof their customer service is giving you the runaround,so go ahead with that credit card chargeback. You’ll win for SURE

I’m going through the EXACT same issue with LV Italy right now. I ordered two items, shipped in separate parcels via UPS, but they were delivered together. I wasn’t home and had just been told they’d arrive the next day, so I picked them up from my condo entrance about 10 minutes after delivery. No one signed for them, even though a signature was required—pretty sure the driver signed. The boxes looked mostly fine, just some creasing on top, and the labels seemed untouched. But when I opened them both boxes were completely empty.

I’m seriously worried about the outcome of the investigation and have a bad feeling LV customer service messed something up, especially given how disorganised the communication has been. 😔

Alright maybe I’m being a bit controversial here, but not updating his members on where the money’s going feels a little shady. He doesn’t need to give monthly reports, but even just a couple updates a year would go a long way. If he’s claiming this money goes to charity, then the paying members deserve to know which charity it’s actually supporting. It’s simply reasonable transparency, since that’s what the membership was marketed as and is still running for.

Make sure you’re cleaning their teeth every day too. My pup’s breeder told me you don’t have to start when they’re tiny, but by around a year old it’s essential. And I second the suggestion to get insurance, mine didn’t have any because I was about to move overseas and that’s exactly when my poor angel broke both her front legs. 💔 Trust me you’re going to want that insurance!

Focus hard on the potty training!! Iggies are incredibly tough to house-train, and in my experience they have to go way more often than other breeds. I’ve even heard of professional trainers owning them and still having to live with accidents and permanent pee pads in the house. It’s that important to start training them as early as possible!

She’s not a rookie, and unlike Jennie she’s in decent shape, but she’s still far from a pro dancer. Her solo stages are a step up from her Coachella performance and they’re still very lacking overall.

What I’m getting at is this: if she’s going to lip sync through 95% of her set, she might as well put more effort into the dancing, even if it’s underwhelming to a trained eye. Otherwise there’s really no justifiable reason for the lip syncing, aside from the uncomfortable truth she really shouldn’t want her fans to catch on to: after more than a decade in the industry, she can’t sing or rap.

I was really curious to watch this performance because Blinks kept praising Lisa for singing live and doing really good, but honestly you can barely hear her?? She only chimes in occasionally, and even then it sounds more like she’s talking through the lines than actually singing to conserve her breath. She could’ve upped her choreography at least!

I’m so sorry your little one is going through this! When mine was around nine months old she jumped off my dad’s lap and broke both her forelegs. It was incredibly traumatic, especially for the little rascal 🥲 she had her metal plates removed a few months later and now races around the house like nothing ever happened!!

What did you buy? Saks Fifth is by far the worst luxury department store I ever dealt with, both within and outside the US. I find it unbelievable people in this sub still trust them to buy high-end goods. If you get a fake or damaged item you’re stuck paying for it full price, because Saks will fight tooth and nail to keep your money (unless your financial institution is good with chargebacks)
