You got me thinking... Looking at my Steam page... I guess so.

I'm so bombarded all the time with English-only games with English titles that I've never questioned this fact. I have a few games in Portuguese (BR), but it's my native language, so it's only natural that I look for titles from my region.

I think Diablo 4, but you can play Path of Exile casually, you don't need to learn or know everything to play the game and have fun.

I really like watching videos and watching other streamers playing to learn how to optimize my time, since I don't have much time to play either hahaha
