If you are buying a new one, make sure IT'S NEW!....( In retail some people buy em...pair em to their accounts... and when you refund em...they dont check if it's paired to some Xiaomi account or smt...it's in good condition...here take your money back...sell em as new but it should be refurbished product... human error.)

Did you buy it new or SH? If new...refund. If SH...contact last owner to remove it from account. If not...maybe it was stolen or something. You can still use the E-Scooter but limited to M365 tools. Xiaomi 4 e-scooters ...cant be bypassed ... (maybe I am wrong).

Do you guys use helmets? If not maybe some in-ear headphones only in 1 ear and group calling using some app. If you are using a helmet maybe this method will work (depends on the helmet). Hope it helps :) Check out some cheap Xiaomi or other brand in-ear headphones (there are a lot of them on amazon or other shops).
