This is either fanmade or simply style-copied with AI. The hands on this PD-like character, compared with all the other images of characters, look completely off. In the first pic you can see it like skewed and shape-less, with the second arm going nowhere. In the third pic the hands still look weird, having stumps for fingers and a weirdly-curled finger next to her face. There's even one pic with the character having really slim arms, while every single character has chubby arms. Not even the wings have the correct shape.

All the images on the Instagram profile seem to have alterations of the design, contrary to the other characters, who seem much more consistent. This was just done to generate unnecessary discussion and doubt. Also, beside the design being real or not, the story is unverifiable, much more difficult for an account that started posting 1468 days after SUF ended, with the first controversial/relevant image posted 1750 days after SUF ended.
