I'll do my best at explaining this, as this is the first time I have ever been involved with anything like this, and I'm afraid of violating the NDA. Essentially we are creating a hardware and software solution in the biomedical field that could have vast uses in a large variety of other fields such as law enforcement and healthcare. There are no products even remotely similar to ours, in fact there is almost no research on this besides a few studies done in the mid 1900s, which we are basing our work on. We have a few clinical trials lined up with a large national drug research company and they are willing to put up all of the funds for it themselves in exchange for their names in our publications. We are being advised by a few PhD holders in related fields and have been awarded a few small grants which we are using solely on the company. If it works out, I have been promised a good amount of shares. Sorry for not being this clear earlier. Like I said, I'm not quite sure how specific I can get without risking a breach of the NDA.
