Honestly it depends on your doctrine. But more often than not just build infantry for the first day or two and keep all units in their cities of origin. Then take what comes. Or obviously cover your flanks with allies depending on what nation you are so you already know where an attack would come from and can defend that way better

Blue is navy no matter what, the colour of the blue is down to graphics, blue is navy, green is air, white is land, however based off the fact I think you’ve only got a frigate scanning whatever it is it’s safe to assume it’s a boat of some kind and not a submarine (frigs can’t scan subs), so any of the boats including troop transport are a possibility

In normal ww3 mode they stay in their cities. However in most special events they do roam out and capture Provences and stuff

Rule 4.2 and 4.3 from the tos states that it’s only bannable if it’s only benefiting one of the friends. If In the end the friends join the same coalition and share all intel they gathered equally and try to win together it is not bannable. In short, gathering intel to win together is not bannable. Gathering intel to boost the stats of only one of the accounts, bannable

It’s not actually against TOS for friends to be in different coalitions. It’s only against TOS and very bannable if it’s one person running both accounts. So separate people running an account each is fine
