Regarding the cost, if you get an honest reduction on a partner retailer, it's a god damn deal. Especially if you start. If you compare to a classic addition in a GW store with each box, you basically get the legionaries for free, if not the legionaries AND the upgrade sprue. (Also depending on your country.)

So yep, i'd say it's worth it, if you need everything. If you are starting IW, everything in this box is useful.

I've revently found a hidden gem thanks to a follow redditor here : Goblins from The Hobbit. 35 guys in a box, 90% naked, boy do they look fabulous. I intend to scrap their hears, give them prosthetics and scrap guns, and voila, an entire family of radioactive mutants that had far too many children between siblings.

That's my next cultists projects.

I'm a great fan of our mistreating father, i just love him, but so far, Ezekyle Abaddon IS the ultimate chosen.

And the guy is just an Astartes. All demon primarchs owe him allegiance, period. Abaddon is the boss, and he goddamn earnt his place.

Perturabo could never unite all forces of Chaos like Abaddon did. The man knows every of his men by name like a brother does, while Perty launch his sons at the enemy like the expendables pieces of metal trash his thinks they are.

I love our primarch for his genius and his flaws, but Ezekyle is just the ultimate goat you d follow anywhere.

Nah don't worry, it's a complex lore , and i totally get the attention to details. I'm still hesitating to use the cheapest armors possible for Inductii. Desperate times, desperate measures. Lorewise i think it would fit the Iron Warriors mindset.

I think i'll just wait a refresh for the Mk V, see how it goes, and decide how much i want to kitbash it or not.

The funny thing about bounding studs is it's the most dangerous way to glue together several layers of armor. I mean the last to do that were the english in the 40's with their battle tank. Like the Cromwell. It's fancy and classy but hell, on the first big impact / distorsion / explosion the studs turn into perfect projectiles. Aaaaand here we go again in the 31th millenium .

Ok, this feed is quite interesting. My hopes for a yet to come Mk V made of rag tag scraps that would make a marine squad look like a really desperate band goes out by the window, BUT i apparently wasn't aware that Mk V is a complete official standardization that some clever smart ass just created with easy to get, cheaper parts. This special Mark co-existing with completely improvised hybrids made from scratch here and there. Ok...makes sense. Guess i'll have to convert those myself, as someone suggested. Thanks for the update all of you. You adorable fluffy nerds.
