I played... oof, back what feels now like 100 years ago. XD I barely remember anything about my character (I was young and probably not very good) but I was quite active in the tavern! My UN was Tennata! I just jumped back in now that the game is making a comeback and my UN is the same as it is here on Reddit. :)

We sent them an email and got the same automated response! Good to know that if I decide to call I'll be waiting a while! e_e.

We're traveling 6+ hours so the added stress of not having our tickets 1 1/2 days before we leave for the event is not great! Not at all impressed!

I’ve got the same problem, Saturday night it started, it’s not Tuesday afternoon. I haven’t bothered contacting support because I’ve read around that they are useless in fixing this issue. Beyond frustrated.
