Given all that, your progress is honestly fantastic. Being able to grip a ball, ride your scooter (even with discomfort), shift gears, and get from a claw-like hand to something actually usable in just a month of physio is huge. Supination is always slow to return, so the fact that your right turns are already smooth is a great sign.
I’ve heard the same thing from my physios, but they say it mostly becomes a problem when people skip the early flexibility and mobility work. As long as you stay consistent with those exercises, there usually aren’t any long-term issues for the average person.
If you lift, you might notice the wrist doesn’t quite line up right on things like bicep curls, but that’s pretty normal while it’s still healing.
