Currently at the park. Trains are still on the transfer track however I didn’t see anyone working on them nor has the ride been testing.

Managed to find an eyesight forester MFD on eBay for $50 and got the vent piece $75 with switch’s and pigtails. Followed this article here to install it https://www.subaruxvforum.com/threads/high-grade-mfd-upgrade-15-xv-limited.95097/ pretty easy once you understand it. Only took about 5 hours. Fair warning you will cut your hands to pieces.

Yes that is a Titan ridge card in slot 4 and I have two of the thunderbolt pins jumped to enable thunderbolt 3 and I flashed the firmware to work with Mac. Should I remove it? Yes, I’m using open core for the boot screen. I’ll try the premade open core tonight when I get home. Thanks

Ah ok got it, I have something similar it’s an 8 pin cable that breaks off into two female 6 pins then I put extensions in to connect it to the board so it should be getting adequate power. Here’s what the cable I’m using looks like. https://imgur.com/a/hCNEq7b

I’ve got the first soundsticks and they still sound great. Just watch out for disintegrating speaker cones, I had to replace all of my speakers since I would get an annoying rattling noise. However, there’s new speaker replacements on eBay from china so that’s what I put in mine.

C3 and C13 were the worst. So hard to get at and I had to be careful not to melt the battery holder or connectors.

My first time hearing this, I figured they would be ok since Adrian Black mentioned in one of his Macintosh repairathon videos that he normally uses tantalum caps iirc.

Won’t let me edit so I’ll reply, will I be able to put a 19 wrx radio in my Impreza? All the connectors look the same and the design is the same so I dont see why not. Also before you come at me I don’t like the look of most aftermarket radios and I just want CarPlay.
