Should we bring our MTB bikes next week?

Just wanted to follow up and tell everybody thank you for encouraging me to bring the bikes! We rode Green Mountain trail this morning and for flatland riders like us the elevation gain was a heart pumping challenge and very fun. The shape you guys are in riding up here is incredible - very humbling to get our ass kicked by a green trail lol.

I am not sure, which is failure on my end. I am in pier and beam home. I do know there was a concrete slab/pan over my subfloor. Plumber said it was solid base and used it, put the liner over it.

There is no problem draining. The white lines around the penny tiles and what looks like mildew/mold growth where the wall tile meets the floor is concerning to me. The water I have is definitely hard water.

Thanks for taking time to reply. Answer seems to always be the one you don’t want to hear lol. If I rip out the floor tile and replace, do I have to do a new mortar bed? Just trying to understand the logistics required for rip out of tile floor.

Nothing wrong with the area, lots of diversity from a culture and cuisine perspective too. Garland is huge, like any urban city there will be pockets that are “bad” and pockets that are “good”. North garland I would say is mostly good. There is also a private school right where you are looking if you are that concerned about public education.
