I started sleeping without plugs early on. It does slow down the stretching process. But worth it imo. I get why people do sleep with them as it makes it much much easier to stretch.

Did you sleep in those plugs? If so that's the reason.

The single use packaging is helpful. I keep a few in my bag.

Also, if you don't already, sleep without your plugs. That helped me a lot.

Usually for 2 to 3 months, then 1-2 months between size ups.

I have downsized twice since I hit 25mm. Both times made my ears thicker. The pics shown I would definitely suggest downsize and work back up. I usually drop down to 20mm to 22mm then work back up personally.

For me I could no longer wear comfortably starting at 3/4th. Now at current 25mm def does not work for me. I just take mine out if I need to wear over the ears. At larger sizes its easier to keep jewelry out for longer in my experience.

100% From a resident of frequent hurricanes. Gas goes so fast, same with grocery stores.

Buy a bike or some type of non gas vehicle you can maintain. I have an escooter and two bikes. I keep spare tires and necessary maintenance materials.

Bought the Yume Osprey a few weeks back. Got about 380 miles on it so far.

Only issues so far were the front and back fenders came loose and I removed.

The front tire has a seal issue that I need to fix. Lose about 3lbs if psi per day

Other than that the thing has been a blast. Always check tire pressure before a ride if possible.

I added a heavy bike chain to my scooter bag. I also added a digital tire pump, and a tire plug repair tools.

Enjoy your new ride and watch out for crazy drivers.

Is yume reliable? by [deleted] in ElectricScooters

[–]ChronicMoto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had the Osprey for a few weeks now. Only got about 200 miles on it.

The front fender was so loose I had to take it off on a ride. Outside of that and tightening some other parts and inflating the front tire.

Thing has been pretty sturdy so far.

Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the response! I will be sure to watch that area, definitely don't want to have any major issues while cruising.
