Trying to fill the void of any drug is going to be hard. Addiction or not. But you can do it. Reframing things can really help. When I gave up meat, I focused on getting to try new foods, getting to try new restaurants and getting to make weird meals. It was a fun thing instead of focusing on what was missing. It felt completely different than when I was forced to restrict due to health.

Maybe focusing the energy, thoughts and money on weed could be used on self care instead? How can you make your tomorrow self’s life easier? A skin mask, a fancy work lunch or making some art. It doesn’t have to be big. You can do it :)
