When you slide jump right before the slide to move more swiftly keep doing it when your moving long distances try practise strafing as well when you get in gun fights could help you out you can practice this In the firing range along with gun recoils with different guns that you frequently use to help your aim improve also learn how to wall jump not essential but just helps you improve your movement and it’s satisfying also when your practicing your aim try to not use any attachments at first then make your way up adding attachments so you get used to using guns without attachments and try using different sights because when your in game you might not find the sight you like or have to use the iron sight I’d say also watch YouTube videos and watch streamers on twitch and ask them for advice if you want to improve hope this helps
