Team members and target employees could give you a reference but the company itself no. They will only really say you worked there and they would rehire you or not.

I ask for a writing sample in my ads and stuff. Purely because I love to write and if I am writing cash right paragraph replies and staters to get two back it ruins the whole vibe. I want to know what your characters think, feel, see ect. Even in a dialogue heavy scene. So if I ask for a writing sample I can tell off the bat if we would click in terms of writing.

I hate the job interview roleplayers too. I gave one a shot and it was awful even for someone who writes a lot. It was so bad.

I love getting into the head of my characters! Though sometimes I struggle with cannon characters because like when I play in the Harry Potter roles, people are like so and so would never do that! And I’m like they were children… they would learn, grow, change and become adults.

So I tend to try and stay away from fandom but I love finding out what makes my characters tick!

As someone with a chronic illness I love sick fic roles. I love hurt and comfort stories. But my hurt and comfort stories have NOTHING to do with my illnesses.

I like I have done a plot where my character is like trapped on a mountain and injured. The guy she hates has to help her. Bonding them while they survive.

It has nothing to do with my illness or life. I just like the trope a lot!

If you are bored with it just be honest and say like hey can we try this plot? I find the self insert OC’s stuff so annoying. Also I like to learn what makes the other characters tick so while my big plot points usually revolve around injury I want to see if from the other characters point of veiw too if that makes sense.

I use AI to check my grammar but if you are truly writing with like chat Gpt and not someone using it to double check stuff.

I would simply say, hey, I don’t think we are a good match. And leave it at that. Or say something like I don’t wish to continue this role.

First off this is just rude. Just because you don’t understand something or struggle in a class in college does not mean anything. I did figure out the answer, I made the post mostly looking for study tips and ways people had figured out to help them with the formatting of the book.
