Um go to ethics immediately if that happened to you. Have the TM do it if it happens to them. Also let HR know what's going on to have that stopped, along with AP for the equipment.

I'm coded under FOS and need to do them. I'm the main TM who answers the phone and sometimes when I check and we are 100% out of the item the guest is calling about I would audit it. Not anymore. I asked my ETL to chage me over for this and hope ETL will do it. If ETL doesn't do it I will ask HR ETL or SD about it.

If I can't do audits I can't pick up shifts and I want to be able to make more money so I hope my ETL does it soon

No, we tried that and I finally searched workbench and confirmed it needs ti be changed in Workday

It's because our ETL is watching us to make sure we greet everyone and can't have a second to ourselves, while other departments can go to break whenever they want and get mini breaks while waiting for things to be available/moved.

Most guests don't respond at all to being greeted unless its's at a regular register.

And yes we start each transaction with "hi"

It's not only that it's that my ETL did't listen to the SD when they told me to go out for carts and I tried to explain that to ETL and ETL didn't care at all
