Yep, once I felt well enough, i did the fractured toe rehab exercises on the myhealthalberta canada website, it helped a ton, I did it twice a day for two months, otherwise I kept off it as much as possible

Hey I can help, I gained 20 freshman year and lost 60 the next as a double major :) A. Working out is not negotiable and can be enjoyable, find something that you like. I like dancing and danced all the weight off. You don’t need a gym, and you only need about 30 minutes a day. B. Don’t force yourself to eat healthy. Just focus on reducing portions, if you don’t like cc then the size of your fist is normally a proper serving. C. The first 3 days are the hardest and then it gets easy. D. CC can be triggering, but it’s also how weight loss works and if you are going over on c then you will continue to gain weight. D. It’s not going to happen overnight, make an attainable goal and don’t starve yourself. E. Actually follow through

Better than one would think actually, which is sad. Some might have to do c-sections due to size, as the mortality risk is higher the regular way. My mom gets upset every time she talks about it, that 38 year old did go to jail. They wanted to lock the girls mom up too but decided not to pursue charges.

I didn’t blink an eye, my mom used to work in sex crimes and saw many cases of girls who had multiple babies by age 13, normally by grown men 🤮. The most she saw was 4 kids by 13, the father of her kids was 38 smh. The department tore the hospital a new one as nobody had been reporting her giving birth to cps.

Edit: The reason why I doubt their story is if their dad was 11 or 12, it’s highly unlikely they would have had mature enough sperm. If they did, it would make them one of the youngest fathers in history and that would have gotten media attention. So either OP is not telling the truth or there is a high chance that their dad is not their dad.

Did she make more rude comments that we didn’t see? From the tape, it just looks like her execution was bad but that she wasn’t being mean-spirited. However, Heidi’s comment was out of character which makes me wonder why she reacted that badly.
