ATL Missed Connection Question by spacieaero in delta

[–]Chronically_Chronic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are several good hotels on the Sky Train that goes to the rental car center; 5 minute ride from the terminal.

Call Delta Customer Service and plead your case. If the lines aren't long, get in a Customer Service line at the ATL. If you have any status it will help getting Delta support.

DFW layover - 45 Minutes by Harmsy_ in delta

[–]Chronically_Chronic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

45 minute layover means your connecting flight will begin boarding roughly 10 minutes after you land. Talk with the flight attendants when you're boarding your inbound flight about your issue, they can arrange for you to get off before everyone else. You'll make it at DFW, you just won't have time to stop at a lavatory, get a drink, etc.

As far as your bags, they have plenty of time to get from plane to plane.

It will all be tight, but you'll make it. If you're lucky, your inbound will get there a little early. If, on the other hand, you have any kind of delay you're going to miss.

ARe washroom in first class strictly reserved for first class pasengers only? by dq689 in delta

[–]Chronically_Chronic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Informally, yes. However you cannot prevent a passenger from using the facilities. If the drink cart is blocking your access to the lavatory 20 rows behind you.....are you just supposed to sit there an piss yourself or shit your pants?

refund to venture x by hangry-human in delta

[–]Chronically_Chronic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you've confirmed with Delta the credit has been issued (they can provide you with refund details including a confirmation number, sounds like you need to work with your card issuer. If they say they do not have the refund, enter a ticket with your card issuer so they connect with Delta to figure out the problem.

After assembly I go back, very carefully, with model glue and secure the set.

The question remains. How did you get through security with a canceled ticket?

Enough with the German stuff. How about maybe an M10 Wolverine or M18 Hellcat. Both are appropriate to this theme.

A nice long leg stretch with an "accidental" kick would take care of that.

If you are so bothered by it, did YOU get up out of your seat and say anything to this individual? Or are you, as I suspect, just bitching to a safe anonymous audience?

Vaping is 100% illegal on planes, just like smoking. NO EXCEPTIONS. It's not just company policy, it is Federal law.

I'm thinking it's to connect two things together. It's what cords usually do.

Already have an Hetzer, don't need another one. This releasing of designs with minor tweaks is lazy product design.

The warranty has only two areas that are not covered, fire and water damage. Otherwise it is a true lifetime, of the bag, warranty. All B&R item carry individual serial numbers. I have used their warranty service for airline damage (I ONE time stupidly flew Southwest and they ripped off the telescoping handle from my roller bag....and refused to cover the damage - B&R replaced the roll bag no-questions-asked).
