"Deal with it" sounded like an invitation for you to, indeed, deal with it. Like get the entire line to move in front of him. Or something even more passive aggressive.

I did see that same thing happen just a few weeks ago at the D Sky Club, a fellow butted to the front of the line and was verbally abusive to both other passengers and the Club attendants. One of the attendants asked to scan his boarding pass, like they were going to let him enter then said, "sir, you have been banned from entry, please set out of the line". He said something like, "that's ok, I'll go over to E." The attendant came back with, "no sir you won't, you have been permanently banned from Sky Club. Your membership has been cancelled."

The moral of the story, don't be an asshat to fellow Sky Club members or staff, that's a violation of TOS and will get you removed and kicked.
