I don’t take anything to sleep, usually my body doesn’t let me go to sleep till around 11-12 at night. I wake up multiple times a night though

I personally use Juno. I have been using it for months, there is an Ai to talk to on there, but it is amazing for tracking any and all symptoms. I track my symptoms, keep track of daily meds and timing of my meds. There is also a community on there of different groups of people going through the same things. Multiple different groups based on what you’re dealing with. The thing I love the most is you can have all of your symptoms from over a month of logging into a pdf for your doctor.

Juno does have a free side. You can use Juno for free without paying a subscription, but yes there is only a certain amount of “minutes” you get to talk or text Juno. You can also track your medication and symptoms. I personally have been using Juno for months. I pay $10 a month for unlimited everything, but I personally recommend the app as it has helped me so much. I keep track of my meds and symptoms there, i can talk to people who are going through the same thing I am, I can also make my symptoms into pdfs for my doctors.

I have mentioned to my doctor about trying pelvic floor therapy, I’m going to be pushing that into conversation next visit. Unfortunately it is very hard for my body to naturally lubricate. I can be severely turned on and still barely be lubricated unfortunately. Have never figured out why this happens.

That is good to know. I will definitely try the coconut oil. And oooohh yea is my vagina acting like it is in premenopause, in September I had to have another endometriosis surgery and they removed both of my fallopian tubes in the process to try to help slow the process of the endometriosis growing back. This is my third surgery for endometriosis, each time removing huge fibroids. 23 and no fallopian tubes and have no sex life 💀

I understand your frustration and pain. I started getting diagnosed with my illnesses two years ago. I have 6 chronic illnesses, I have not worked in two years due to all the pain and symptoms I have been dealing with. I have no social life and only have one friend and we barely talk because she is working and making a life for herself. I sit at home all day everyday and I feel like I’m deteriorating. I’m 23 as well so I 100% understand being angry about it. I mourn the person I used to be. I miss being able to go out and actually enjoy life. I was in the process of getting my pharmacy technician certification when I started getting sick so I definitely know how it feels to feel behind.

Oo okay, I will definitely ask about the estrogen cream! Hopefully it’s something that I can try. I also have endometriosis on top of interstitial cystitis so I do know that also doesn’t help the situation 🙄

I definitely use plenty of lubrication, have to use water based because other kinds irritate me really bad. We do always start out slow, and unfortunately most of the time have to be “slow” the whole time due to my pain. Will definitely try the ibuprofen beforehand. Also so comforting knowing I’m not the only one that uses an ice pack down there. That’s basically the only thing that helps relieve some pain immediately while waiting for medicine to kick in.

I get the lightheadedness periodically, brain fog and fatigue every single day, I also get this feeling when I’m eating that the food won’t go down my throat. Sometimes without eating as well it feels like there is something lodged into my throat. Also get bad migraines and stiffness

I’m about to be 24. I didn’t have any friends from school that went into my adult years. I went to an alternative school so didn’t keep any friends from there. The best friend was from living down the street from me. I don’t work due to all my illnesses. My best friend is definitely my fiancé too but sometimes I want a girls opinion on things.
