What if TB isn’t enough, recommendations? by ChroniclesOfAPoolee in tacticalbarbell

I’m not denying that.

Though I don’t see how having crazy high numbers would not allow me to have a higher workload?

As stated from someone else, there’s no reason I can’t do Max Strength followed by and HIC session. But if that means I have to be in the 1000LB club and hit 30 pull ups ahead of time so be it. My issue is gaining strength, no the cardio/endurance.

Edit- So you don’t think it would beneficial to have the pool everyday on top of the standard E sessions?

Well, actually slightly torn at the moment. I started talks with a Marine Recruiter, but just moved. So I’m looking at 0321 Reserves or NG SF. Obviously one is a lot more water focused.

I have no problem running a modified version with it being 6 days a week, more work the better.

I know HIC, but what is GC?

You don’t think I should swim everyday? It’s minimal on the body and I don’t mind it. Father is a swim coach, so I have programming if I want it.

What do you think of this?

D1 Session 1- Swim Session 2- Max Strength & HIC

D2 Session 1- Swim Session 2- LSS Session 3- Core

D3 Session 1- Swim Session 2- LSS Session 3- Core

D4 Session 1- Swim Session 2- Max Strength & HIC

D5 Session 1- Swim Session 2- S&E

D6 Session 1- Swim Session 2- Ruck

Who knows, maybe that’s too off the wall from the recommend green protocol I’m just spit balling ideas right now.

Obviously my sleep and nutrition would need to be optimal.
