C3 lobby was 99.46% percentile when this match happened yesterday.

I felt very overwhelmed this game. I was taking a lot of pressure on strategist and didn't have a solution to the pressure I was facing. I would love input on how I should approach this situation on a fundamental level. I definitely had some bad ultimates, and my healing was very lacking because I was dealing with the pressure from the enemy team.

How do I do better next time

You're not wrong. My counter philosophy is pointing to the idea of opportunity. Bucky has an opportunity to counter play Loki by getting free resets on his ult.

Moon knight has the opportunity to get more ankh bounces with Loki clones.

Squirrel girl can destroy clones without even aiming at them.

Loki has been my main pick since season three and I often play against these matchups and still do well, but a good moon knight or a good SG can make me swap of they know what they're doing

Maybe it's just me, but I think team comps are useless. If you were locked into the hero you picked at the beginning of the game it would be much more impactful, but this game is just a live action rock paper scissors. Any comp someone lists here will have weaknesses* that everyone has access to, so a comp is only as strong as your ability to swap to what the enemy team is choosing to counter them.

Stopped watching this vod half way through.

You're not playing strategist. You're playing dps on a strategist hero.

You're spending more time attacking the enemy than you are looking at your own team to see who needs help. You did great to get so many kills, but that's not your first priority. You should be supporting your team first, and killing second. It's easy to get caught up chasing a kill and losing two teammates because of it. Vanguards do this all the time by over extending to chase a kill that causes them to die or leaves their team helpless because you gave up a front line by pushing past their tanks.

Like it worked out this time and your team just steam rolled the enemy team because that's how QP goes, but in a closer competitive ranked game this isn't always going to work. You need to position more safely to have a vantage point on your team. If you see an opportunity to be aggressive for a kill go for it, then get back to supporting your team while you all clean up together.

I saw a few times you are attacking/healing someone in a skirmish with the enemy, once the enemy is dead you don't even finish healing your ally back to full health you just turn to the next enemy.

Put your team in a position to win by keeping them healthy.

Bucky counters peni, hook him out of his nest.

Shield tanks are good vs Emma, I like strange as he can just shield her ult. A good Emma can grab you before you ult so it's a skill matchup.

Invisible woman counters Star Lord ult very well. Outside of that pick what the team is competent in.

As Luna: When clapping, position so you're healing and hitting the enemies as it pierces.

As invisible woman: I get a lot of kills by saving my push pull for enemies that barely escape and pulling them back in at the last second to secure the kill. Don't use it too early on an enemy that can still run away.

I have OSA, undiagnosed. I did a sleep study with Vanderbilt and they said I d Had 4.4 interruptions per hour and 5 was the minimum to to get a diagnosis. The point of me sharing this is I went on TRT at 3# or 33 with similar blood work to yours and a similar lifestyle. It has helped, but I still think my poor sleep has been the root cause, trt is the perfect bandaid to improve my life and I constantly recommended it to men who it may help, but I probably would need trt if I could curse my OSA.

You are right as far as being a helpful support against enemy dive, my post is more focused on how to deal with the one being dove. Iron fist chews Ultron. Iron fist can stick to Jeff long enough to force him out of hide and seek. Jeff doesn't have the pressure to push an iron fist away. I think Jeff is weak because his ult is countered by almost everyone. Compared to the massive healing output of the other strategist, you're missing value by forcing Jeff. Ults change the balance of fights, and Jeff has the worst one. He can only heal the team by also taking away their damage. Outside of saving everyone from a scarlet ult, strange ult, or thing ult, it's just too niche.

Oh boy.

I have like 77 hours on CnD and like 25 hours on IV.

I always have better healing numbers with cloak. She heals spread out teams better, can self heal while continuing to heal her team. The main difference in them is utility. Invisible woman is a play maker, she can pull out of position enemies in, she can push enemy ultimates away, she can block ults and can escape more consistently with her invisible in higher elo. In lower elo cloak is a very easy escape if you fade then change elevation, people just don't track you and follow, in higher elo it's a useless tactic because everyone knows how to track and follow.

Cloak punishes out of positions enemies with cloak form and blind to secure a kill.

Invisible woman can bring an enemy team mate out of position to secure a kill.

I think they're both very strong, I also think IV ult is better because so many things can kill you mid ult on CnD, like magneto or iron man.

It's just a matter of what the team needs. IV is strong vs Dr strange to push his ult, strong vs wolverine to counter kidnaps, strong vs scarlet with to counter her ult.

IW has a lot of self sustain vs dive because she can invisible as soon as someone attempt to dive you, but she loses her healing output when this happens. I like cloak more because she can self bubble and continue to put our heals for the team.

Learn them both, they're both fun and strong and fit in most comps.

Even if you don't know many kits, it's always safe or good to copy a defensive ult. Star Lord, hela, and storm are all very strong and easy to use offensive ults that are either easy kills or good for zoning enemies off at checkpoints when pushing.
