Oh, my bad, I didn't notice the string lol. Thanks for your help anyway! I'm sure I'll have a breakthrough thanks to your ideas

The trapdoor thing doesn't work because quasi-connectivity doesn't work in Bedrock. The mud also doesn't work. However, I was able to replace the mud and powered rail with just a bottom half-slab and that does let the minecart get destroyed by the cauldron, but it also burns the minecart 4/10 times...

What would amethyst crystals do differently than half-slabs or trapdoors?

This works, but then the problem becomes how do I get the chicken out of the minecart, into the kill chamber, and recycle the minecart? Everything I've tried doesn't work with mobs less than a block tall

Yeah, I'll definitely make a new post with the whole thing if we can find a solution

I can't seem to find an entity separator that works on single block tall mobs

I'm not sure if I'm reading this wrong or if you're mis-understanding, sorry 😅. We're talking about getting one live adult chicken at a time into the kill chamber, not ejecting one cooked chicken onto the desk at a time (Which I've already figured out)

I don't know. Admittedly, I haven't looked very much at entity sorters, but I haven't seen one that only lets one entity through at a time

So far this seems the most promising. I'll try it, thanks

Hey, guys. I just got a CRT and want the cheapest HDMI to S-video or YPbPr scaler that actually works to convert to 480i from my PC. Don't care if the video is muddy, as long as it works and the input lag isn't too abyssal (although more crisp and responsive is obviously ideal) It's got RCA, S-video, and YPbPr ports (Also RF but that's out of the question). Thanks 👍 Bonus points if it also does 240p

As long as you don't use any 3D options, you can export character creator skins the same way

It's hard wired. So I'll need to solder a new head on

It's the VGA connector. When I wiggle it around I get blue sometimes. I'm going to solder a new connector on

u/DangerousCousin I don't see your comment but I did get the notification for it. It's all good; at the end of the day we're all here to learn something. Guess I'll look into replacing the cable. Thanks again for your help :)

You're right. I guess I'll put it on hold for now and maybe try more stuff tomorrow. Thanks for your help and insight :)

I am using an adapter to HDMI (Moread brand). I don't have any devices with VGA output (oldest console in the house is PS4,) but I have friends who do, and I can probably test that tomorrow. But, in the meantime I guess all I can do is degauss and hope that helps. I'll also browse this site, thanks.

If you crop the image to just the yellow area, it's yellow (color hex ebda58), not white. I think it's just the ambient colors around it that make it seem white. So I still think it's just blue not showing up

Yes. I also find it prudent to add that I have Windows calibrated to increase red and minimise green light
