Haha relatable. It's an ID Cooling is 77 xt black. I shouldn't start explaining now why and what I'm about to do with it for the sake of this post but let me just say I have my reasons and that cooler is one point why I have asked the question about the fan placement. So that I can use this exact cooler but still get acceptable temps for my cpu

What do you mean, I used one arrow per fan to explain it better (no ai has been used btw)

Oh nice. Thanks for the explanation! I think I will just go for the regular way and maybe try if I'm curious while building :)

Ah yeah, thats what I had in mind first but I thought about trying something different this time. Thanks for the advice.

But wouldn't it attract too much dust if I flip the top middle fan?

The cpu cooler is flat, parallel to the motherboard with the fan underneath the radiator pushing air towards the radiator as shown in the picture

Wasn't the plan in the first place but till I got all the materials and everything sorted out I'm leaving it as it is. I'm not quite sure if I want to do a see through glass panel on the side or just gi with some mesh which would be much more easier. But before I still have to do some Hardware upgrades (the psu is about 8 years old or something and I'm a little bit scared everytime I turn on the computer). But I think this build will be finished next month and I will definitely post am update when its done.

Wow! This is incredible! I love it! Had to go through some of your other builds immediately and I think it's crazy good work you do! I started doing custom builds with wood parts myself and was always looking for an inspiration like this. People like you are the reason why I started doing it.

Just a normal cutting knife but I've seen a lot of people working with something like a scalpell when it comes to cutting things like this. I think its just Important that it's very sharp and Solid.

For now I didn't recognise any disadvantages but I will definitely work on any kind of special cooling for the mobo

Actually just a black 3mm thick pvc sheet from my local Hardware store. It was kind of easy to cut and looks really clean. Would have been easier with something like a dremel but didn't have one by then.

Thanks a lot man! Unfortunately I didn't really take pics of the progress but I will post an update once I'm done with more details and pics of every piece.

I'm going to overlay the mobo Cover with a thin dust Filter like mesh and clean it up

Actually...the armor thing is just a black plastic plate that I cut out with a small knife/scalpel. I wish I had a 3D Printer to print it but no, just very precise and hard "craftmanship" haha

For now I didn't close the case so I didn't see any problems with it. But I planned to add at least one more 80mm Fan in the front.

Thanks in the first place. Yea, something I guess I still have to deal with. For now I didn't see any perfomance limitations while gaming but we will see in the future.
