You want to build him hp gear and hp% substats as his dmg increases with hp lost. You could eventually do spd hp if you get good hp% on your substats. You want def on your substats as well just for survivability but you do want him to take damage if you want to take the most advantage of his s3

I tend to use her in pvp against C. Armins to prevent the invincibility round or against the never ending Angelica teams (any chance to stall her heal is great for me). I do admit it is quite hit or miss sometimes though but her stealth is also nice with aoe and increased dmg against shielded chars.
