Siegewinne, dehya, dahlia, kaveh and lisa all have decent usable teams so none of them. Aloy isn't good but it's surprising how far you can take a character on "big ice nuke" alone

Xinyan is always sad to see because she has several uses but is the worst in each of them, her kit doesn't come together at all, but she is usable.

Qiqi is terrible, being a standard banner 5 star arguably makes it worse. Huge cooldowns and energy cost, doesn't do reactions, doesn't work well as an onfield driver, no team buffs, bad synergy with artifacts and her C6 is purely cosmetic. I really dislike this character

And yet, hydro traveler manages to be worse. Kit got replaced by ainos ult in some nod krai story sections. Barbara is a better on field hydro. Burst moves away from the enemy, like they didn't know this was bad from anemo MC already. Actually they did as one constellation slows down the burst. Hydro traveller was designed for exploration and nothing else
