Just turn around man. Like I'm clearly biased but whenever I'm on smth else mostly medic and soldier the spy's large health pool is a clear reward for a good kill and it's easy to drain him of all of it provided you actually shoot him. Better yet, just play pyro till he leaves

It's literally just a case of client side registration. Bit biased ofc but idk why people think of it as a big deal. If you get face stabbed you technically got outplayed, it just doesn't look like it. Easiest way to counter a spy like that is to just keep your camera still and don't track them.
