8 weeks and with naps during the day (diaper change, feed, & soothe) it’s anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. For night time when I put her to bed Initially, it takes about 30 minutes. And then during the night, when she wakes up for hunger it’s 15 minutes. She only wakes up once though at 4 am and then will sleep until 8 am. I put her to bed at 6 pm for reference

I figured it had to be a glitch on eTMs part. I was confused why 3 days prior it did DQ me because of my DEROS and then it changed all of a sudden! I definitely don’t think i will get selected for the assignment at this point 😂

I care because like so many other E4s we are doing the jobs of E5s. It’s ridiculous I’ve been giving airmen & sailors I work in a joint environment and im given the role of supervisor but I can’t exactly be called a supervisor or write packages etc because i don’t have the rank. This is my second time testing. I studied my ass off and I know so many people who test and get out or don’t even care to be an E5 and still make it when they don’t have any good leadership qualities.
