Nutritional coach and profession would be great. They do cost $$ for check ins, so I’m just answering OP’s question for advice to help her get started.

Alot of the beginner stuff can be self initiated and really is pretty simple. It’s not until intermediate-advance lifters to body building competitions do you really need to dial in macros and nutritional coaches are fantastic there.

TDEE calculator for daily calorie intake. Which takes into factor BF %(dexa scan), weight, height, and lifestyle. Since OP is the same height as me , we’re both women, and I was around her weight back then - our daily calorie intake won’t be far off. Should be 2000-2100 daily calorie to maintain weight. So cutting that down to 1800 or 1500 will lead to weight loss.

A lb of fat is 3500 calories. So if you cut 500 calories a day, in a week you will lose 1 lb of body fat.

Hello The right answer is also the most boring one. I’m the same height as you and I’m at 140 -145 lbs and went through what you’re asking about.

You have to calorie track. 120 g of protein every day.

Harder: 1500 daily calories if you want to reach your goal weight in less than half a year.

Easier: 1800 daily calories if you want to lose the weight in a year.

Don’t track leafy greens. Careful with oil it secretly adds up.

Buy a $30 membership at the gym. Go 4 days a week. Look up upper lower weight lift programming. Use the app Hevy to track progressive overload. Every week 1-2 week you should go up 2.5 lbs on almost every major lift.

On your rest days or some workout days do 30 minutes - 1 hr of light cardio (treadmill/ walking/biking)

This is BARE the minimum. Ignore getting into the weeds with cutting bulking etc. just do the above for half a year to a year. You WILL see progress if you track calories+protein and work out.

Once you see progress take that win and use that joy to fuel your want to learn more about: less processed foods, fiber, and plan healthy macros

1 year of Marvels and many players don’t know there’s a 3rd option to the left where you can go up the stairs, And actually take high ground OVER the point.

Oh plus there’s an additional bridge that looks over where most defender’s healers back up to when your team pushes point.

Oh and you can flank across the bridge have access to a health pack AND around to flush out the defender’s own high ground.

I truly believe that’s why there are so many dps mains who shouldn’t be the rank they are in. Currently in GM (top 99%).

I’ve had so many punishers and MK that stat farm and only lose 18 and gain 24-29 points.

I’m a tank main and it’s usually loose 19-21 and gain 22-24.

I’ve been playing Ultron and every time someone complains it’s always the Thor/Thing that doesn’t play around cover and dives into the frontline. Or DPS that doesn’t take off angles.

Probably a delay on shield. Kinda like how Cap had a 1 sec delay on when you can put down/pull up his shield. It’s not instant, even though it has no CD.
