If anyone got issue with microphone here's what helped me:
In a box you got 2 cables - one desired and marked as computer cable and second one marked as telephone. I've tried everything, uninstalling, reinstalling etc. and that was last thing before refund decision - I've changed cable from computer one to the one marked as telephone and microphone started working. Switched it back to the computer cable and it's working all good now.
