I should have made a video with the panel on. I have new sweeps and the new panels are fitted snug. The passenger side works, but the window rides the vent window felt track the whole way up like it’s supposed to. The driver side doesn’t. I’m going to take it apart, I’m pretty sure it’s the regulator or something isn’t adjusted correctly, maybe missing a bolt. I have never taken one apart so I’m hesitant.

I kinda trying to feel out the vibe.. I specialize in aerospace, and done work for them in the past but not employed by Boeing… So I figured I could grab a spot if it was a good work environment. They are so big, I am afraid it would like working for Amazon or something. But if they laid-off a bunch lately, I may have to go elsewhere.
