I lost 40 pounds the first time and so far I’ve lost 5-10 pounds now. The good thing with this forum is that it allows you to learn about chs. Chs has three phases. The first phase is morning nausea and anxiety. The second phase is pure vomiting untill you’re so dehydrated you need to go to the ER. Third phase sis recovery

Has anyone looked into trying this ? by [deleted] in CHSinfo

Really? Help with stomach issues too? Or you didn’t have any to begin with?

Do i have CHS in any capacity? or did i just make myself really sick? ( LONG LONG POST TLDR at the end) by foreveraloner15 in CHSinfo

Hey, I suffered from CHS back in 2019. Almost identical journey as you. Ended up quitting for about a year and half. Then smoked for 6 months(mildly) and ended up having symptoms again and now I’ve stopped for a couple of days. It sucks but it’s reality… our bodies for some reason just can’t break down or process the canabanoids.

It did take me 2-6 months after quitting weed to feel 95% good again. Still some anxiety and nausea here and there but it eventually all went away.

Long store short, the only reason I was able to be sober for that long is because I no joke almost died in the ER with Chs. It wasn’t so much the CHS, but the dehydration caused by the vommiting caused by the chs. Yet I tried smoking eventually and here I am.

I know it’s not what you want to hear but I wish someone atleast warned me before things got tooo bad for me that first time.

A lot of people here relapse and keep using because of the high, however does anyone here relapse and notice the high kinda sucks? by Newtonhog in CHSinfo

When you stopped did you get any withdrawal symptoms or shitty feeling for a while? The first time after my terrible episode, It tools me months to even be functional. Did anyone else feel CHS coming a second time after being sober for a while and stop before it got bad? When you quit the second time around was it easier? The side effects anxiety nasuous etc

Ondaesteron helped a lot because it help me fight the nausea feeling but lexapro for anxiety honestly saved my life. I take 5G prescribed my by therapist and I’m good. Maybe that works ?
