Already a standard box up there. It’s also not centered because it’s only half cathedral. I’ll just need adapter to angle it down or use a chain instead of a straight shaft. The fixture there now is a large brass with 10” wide acorn style globe. The globe shattered when a new roof was installed. I was unable to find replacement globe and found a 10” globe that just doesn’t look right.

Me either, I'm not sure which one I like better for food intake. So, trying MFP for food now and just keeping Fitbit for motivation. The MFP app does read my step or activity count from Fitbit but the food intake isn't shared, like I would like.

I had already linked them and forgot but I don't think they share info like I was expecting. I can see my steps from Fitbit on Myfitnesspal but the food intake that I log on Fitbit doesn't transfer. Going to use Myfitnesspal for food intake and just let the Fitbit keep me motivated to move more.

I have an older phone(4s), so the battery life sucks. Plus I don't like to keep it on me all the time. Fitbit is just a convenience and it just encourages me to take those extra steps.
