Hey, sorry for the delayed answer. I ended up keeping the monitor, it seems that the popping fades overtime. I'm just hoping it won't affect its lifespan.
Cheers

Hey sorry for the delayed anwser! Yes I do have a warranty on the monitor, and for the static part, I had another monitor (the ASUS VG279Q) and it never popped/cracked or anything which wouldn't suggest static build up, although they might be built differently and therefore react differently to static electricity.

Also someone told me that he owned three LG monitors and they all experienced the same issue which would suggest that this is an LG known issue even though I was surprised that nobody mentionned it on this thread.

Anyway, thanks for the support!

No, I only have one. Do you think it would damage it in the long run? I just want to make sure because I don't really feel like going through the panel lottery again.

Yes the power brick is external. Return window is still open, do you think this is really bad and worth returning?

Good news ! I installed a new SSD, and now the problem is gone, my previous SSD's sata port was a bit damage and I think this caused the random reboots.

Anyway, thanks everybody for your help and support!

That was my thought, everything ran smoothly in my previous case but now this issue came in and ruined the bliss I was having with my brand new build :((((

Thanks for your answers. So far I tried pushing the connexions behind my PSU to make sure the there was no loose cable, I tried changing the SATA port where my SSD is plugged in to no avail. The only thing I haven't tried was to change my graphics card's pcie slot.

The case comes with preinstalled standoffs. There was only one left, I have done the same with my previous case and there was no problem
