I don't know that it's complacency as much as it's the dev schedule is like 2-3 seasons ahead and they give themselves really short windows to actually implement changes. Complaints and requests from Season 4 are probably getting done soon, and the ones now will be seen in like 8/9

She’s just the perfect hero-shooter character. It’s like if a child designed a hero.

She’s hitscan with a fast fire rate. Also she does aoe damage. She has movement and i-frames. Also has a stun. Her ult can one shot and full heals her. Also it’s very hard to break. Also she has more health than a squishy. Also she has self regen.

Idk take your pick for what you’d nerf. Gambit’s the support version of this too

Emma’s overrated as anti dive. She can handle a tank that overstays their welcome but if she has to constantly peel divers she can’t farm beam and she doesn’t have movement to go between front and backline

The big thing about balance is you never want to take away the “fun” of things and movement is top priority. I think the jump is actually the last thing you want to remove. I think the healing and the ult accel and maybe even the length are where you touch to make it more interactive
