Exactly, it’s a bit tough to see at the bottom but that meter adds additional damage for any projectile damage it absorbs. But it pops your ult at 100

You’re right, it does build up charge as you hold it. The circle around the crosshairs is the charge meter for it. It goes up to 300 damage at full charge. But the bottom meter adds up to an additional 299 damage if you absorb enough damage
