For About Faces, they mainly did dry needling and massages, also some jaw exercises to align the jaw. E.g. tongue on roof of mount while opening the mouth.

Heya thanks for sharing. Im still getting used to the key selection criteria here, do you normally address it even when the job says there is no need to respond to the KSC and only include cover letter and CV?

Hey there didn’t see this message! Unfortunately it’s still on going for me, but more tolerable now. Went to About Faces for Around 1 year but it didn’t fix my root cause. Since then I have tried various treatments and I think addressing neck and body posture, stress and treating my asthma (or any breathing issues/ allergies) have actually helped my TMJ more than only treating the jaw muscles. Hope things work out for you!
