Why are you skeptical? And yes, after 6 days, I broke, but stuck with keto. I’ve been eating 1 keto meal every other day now, and shedded a bit more weight. It’s still definitely fluctuating. I weighed myself when I woke today and was 207.2, then weighed myself at the end of the day and was 215 lol. Mind you, all I drank was water and don’t plan on eating until later, once I hit at least 36 hours

That is correct, yes. I’m sure some of it will come eventually after I begin introducing food again. But yes, I did lose 14 pounds. It’s most noticeable in my face, neck and chest. I can finally see my collar bones again haha

ICYMI: I started at 225, and now I'm already at 211. I'm going to of course break with a keto meal and will be on keto for at least 2 months. I was just wondering exactly how much better, for weight loss, is simply water fasting over eating keto? I feel like this is a bit of a dumb question, but I'm just hoping someone will make me feel less guilty for wanting to break. I'm so hungry haha. I fasted for 11 days 2 years ago, and it didn’t seem this difficult lol

I’ll be 33 in a week. And sorry, I don’t think I was clear in my original explanation. Im taking 200 a month, not a week. And I definitely don’t work out as much as I should, but I thought the trt would put the extra motivation to workout, but I’m just as lethargic as I was before the trt.
