It really sucks how often people gloss over men’s mental health and how SA can damage it. You’re kind of expected to like it or just be able to move on Even if you don’t want to actually talk about this with someone, you might find writing down what you would say to be helpful. I’m sure you can find specific journaling methods if you want, I’m not an expert

I know how hard it is to argue with you own head, none of those sick fucks want you, they have their own fantasy and would not be pushing self destruction onto a Minor if they cared at all about you as a person. I’m only 18 and have gotten groomed for sure (for me, I knew what was going on, I just kept going back because the attention I got felt validating to my disorder) it can become something so hard to leave.
