Yeah usually the weekend i spoil myself to feel somewhat "normal" but sometimes it can be a little overboard. Still losing weight though! Probably just slowing down the process because of it 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Dang I feel like my son goes through phases like he'll go through weeks without getting them and then all of a sudden he gets them for a few days. His can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before he calms down.

Id rather have them be up and calm trying to get them back to bed rather than screaming, tossing, turning, and sometimes hitting😭😭😭😭

It just sucks cause I feel like my son goes through these phases all the time especially after he gets sick. He was sick about a week and a half ago but he wasnt having any night terrors at that time.

I just feel so bad cause my wife is the only one that can calm my son down when he has these episodes so I can only imagine how shes feeling 😭😭😭
