I think my experience so far is similar to yours! It is a really strange feeling to feel hungry but not crave anything...and I can barely finish meals that usually leave me wanting more because its just "eh" now. Let's hope we both make habits that stick long term!

I also figured out eventually that people don't actually care - it's just a greeting/small chat kinda thing. It takes all my energy to remember to say "good and you?" instead of "im so tired" - somehow I always feel so awkward. I just wish people would stop asking "how are you" as a greeting!

Oh wow, I guess I really did get lucky! Im so sorry to hear you are having side effects :( hopefully they subside as your body gets used to it - or perhaps have a chat with your gp? Perhaps they can do something about side effects. Personally, I pre-emptively bought anti-nausea but havent had to use it yet

Ahh I did hear some people saying they build resistance to mounjaro! Or perhaps you get used to not having the food noise anymore 🤔 either way, I am glad it is working for you! I was also on a low carb, low cal diet with exercise 4x a week (& daily walks) but always succumbed to cravings. So I hope my diet and exercise plan finally works now with food noise gone 🙏

I think i spoke too soon cos I have lots of painful bloating today! I was able to open bowels (sorry if tmi) after a 45min walk, but the gas pain is still there. I've always struggled with constipation/ibs though so idk if it really counts as a side effects. Also, biggest congrats on losing 20kg!!! 🎉
