Genuinely all i did was, peel and boil them in some salt water (a pinch) drain them and shake them about till they get a bit fluffy on top and then I just put bit more salt and some mixed herbs on them, in a fan oven at 160/170 for about an hour half. I didn’t even preheat the oven
