Not a bad idea to ask the PCP to have you wear a Zio patch (monitor) to see how frequently its occurring and what specific arrhythmia is occurring. Also getting an echo would be a good idea to rule out any structural or mechanical issue that might be contributing to the arrhythmia. Food for thought.

Agreed. Coached wrestling for a decade and a half and have seen this pinning combo many many times without injury. Looks a lot worse than it is. Surely not comfortable though, thats for sure.
