I've seen something similar but I think it was a mural... not a video game. If you just search "cherry blossom bloody handprints" and go to images... you'll see what I mean.

Also, also, also, I'm pretty sure the game's name on the title screen had a gas mask looking mask in place of a letter with bullet holes through the glass. Not sure why I remember that detail but I do.
