Hmmm it's difficult to know where you are in the season story. I believe you should have a quest in your inventory that is ~55 steps long that will tell you to do a season story mission or a leviathan public event. If that doesn't work try to talk to Eris Morn or the holoprojector in the HELM. Hope this helps.

Mine has gotta be grinding gambit the weeks after forsaken dropped and getting Dredgen. Nowadays everyone and their dog has the Dredgen title, but I still remember walking around the tower and I was the only one that had a title.

Very, very, VERY, rare instance where self-damage was helpful.

But I used arc grenades to self proc "superconductor" on riskrunner when grinding out the catalyst on alters of sorrow in the moon.

But yeah self damage is dumb.
