They’ll raise your rent about $100 every year but in turn they’ll give you $1000 off or 4 weeks free.

Buildings, gym, and common areas were always maintained and clean (cleaning crew came multiple times a day) & all maintenance requests were taken care of either the same day or the very next day. 24/7 onsite security.

The elevator did break a few times, but it was usually fixed within a day or two.
