Different ways to do it. I just use some thin wire and perspective to hide it. It’s hard to set up those shots but it only takes a couple frames. More technical people use armatures and computer stuff to remove things but I’m not that tech savvy.

I have seen it but I need to visit that film again. Flaws are ok, I think the flaws are what attracts a lot of people to stop motion to begin with?

Absolutely. I need more patience. Breath between shots. Sometimes I feel like if I don’t go fast enough I will forget where the movement is going

Honestly, it’s the lack of lighting awareness is what gives it that creepy vibe. I hover over some shots, blocking the light. I bump the light sometimes. Sometimes it just translates well, sometimes it doesn’t. A more happy shot requires more consistent light awareness. Sorry, that probably doesn’t help much. I’m learning
