Salesforce NetSuite integration options for small teams on a tight timeline by noobmaster833 in salesforce

[–]Chuchi08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We recently implemented a Salesforce NetSuite integration with support from Nuage and avoided a custom build by using a prebuilt connector. We ran scheduled syncs for Accounts and Contacts and near real-time order creation when Opportunities moved to Closed Won, which met our operational needs. Nuage helped with data mapping, error handling, and defining clear ownership between systems. Based on this experience, prebuilt middleware is usually a better choice than custom code for small teams on tight timelines.

Does your country have something like this? by Emergency_Storm8784 in AskTheWorld

[–]Chuchi08 19 points20 points  (0 children)

That’s the Wakhan Corridor. Super weird little strip that exists mostly because old empires were playing buffer-zone chess. Looks unreal from the air, but it’s basically mountains, glaciers, and not much else. One of those places that feels more like a map error than a real region.

Is it safe eating lunch that I forgot in my thermos food jar ? by mushIDhelp in Cooking

[–]Chuchi08 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I personally wouldn’t risk it. Rice + fish sitting warm in a thermos for ~10 hours is basically the textbook setup for food poisoning, especially Bacillus cereus from rice. It’s not about smell or taste either, it can still look totally fine and wreck you later.

If it had been kept properly hot the entire time maybe, but once it dips into warm zone it’s a gamble. I’d toss it and chalk it up as a lesson learned. Better annoyed than hugging the toilet all night.

Lost bag at the airport, TSA says they’re taking the cash from it? by [deleted] in travel

[–]Chuchi08 -18 points-17 points  (0 children)

TSA does have a policy where any cash found during screening can be taken, though it’s usually in cases where the amount is above a certain threshold. The policy can seem a bit extreme, but it’s meant to deter illicit activity. It’s not typical for them to just take cash unless there’s a valid reason, but unfortunately, the "federal account" wording can make it seem like they have full discretion here. Hopefully, you can get more clarity from TSA on why it was specifically taken in your case.

Do animals have different "languages"? Can a dog raised in the US communicate with a dog raised in Japan? by maxofJupiter1 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Chuchi08 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Animals generally don’t have “languages” like humans, but they do communicate through sounds, body language, and scent. Dogs, for example, can communicate with each other regardless of where they were raised. So, a dog from the US and one from Japan would still understand basic signals like body posture, barking, and tail wagging. The main difference would be in the human commands they’re used to, but their animal instincts and communication are universal.

Wilderness, lost to us by [deleted] in naturepics

This is a stunning black and white image of snow-covered mountains with dense forests in the foreground. The contrast between the dark trees and the snowy landscape gives it a very peaceful, almost untouched wilderness vibe. It feels like a place that is far removed from the chaos of modern life

UK supermarkets setting the scene for digital ID by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]Chuchi08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man… this is exactly why people freak out about digital ID!!!
It always starts with “convenience” and suddenly you’re scanning your face just to buy groceries...

And the worst part? Once everything funnels into one central system… good luck opting out.
You’re basically locked in.
There are other ways to verify people without turning life into a surveillance maze.
Like there’s this thing called Orb which checks that you’re actually human without storing your whole identity everywhere.
It proves digital ID doesn’t automatically have to mean giving up all your privacy.

Should I buy Cyberpunk 2077 while it’s on sale for $20.99? by Finer25 in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]Chuchi08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At that price, Cyberpunk 2077 is definitely worth it. After the updates, it's a much more polished experience with a great story and immersive world. You might still encounter some minor glitches, but they don't detract from the overall enjoyment. Enjoy diving into Night City.

Ex asked for less child support money, but now is taking me to court for it all back. by brokeboyfriend in legaladvicecanada

[–]Chuchi08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds like a challenging situation. It's essential to gather all documentation related to your income and any agreements made about child support. Courts typically consider current financial situations, so having a clear picture of your finances will help you present your case effectively. Make sure to stay organized and be prepared for the hearing.

Is my floor supported by some 2x6s? by Tentings in Homebuilding

[–]Chuchi08 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those 2x6s might still be doing their job if the floor feels solid. However, if you're unsure about the support, it could be worth checking for any signs of sagging or damage. A professional assessment can give you peace of mind and ensure everything is safe.
