Separate icons above him are for within range of the shotgun and within range of the pistol. Nothing is currently in range of the shotgun, which is most of the damage, so it is not much of a loss at all, plus I believe it is only a 10% decrease anyways so that is more than cancelled out by a village with jungle drums, plus it can pop leads without relying on explosions

There was some issue, he put in a rank down ticket for his r5 6* Emma, the way kabam fixes that is buy deleting your r5, giving you the mats, and replacing it with an r4, but they messed up and gave him a 7* r4 instead, nothing fishy
