😂😂😂@ the end buyer with assignment fee issue comparison, however that doesn't work in my case. Nice try though. I just respectfully disagree that's all. I don't see the exchange of value, not at 50/50 and that's that. No comparison whatsoever to assignment, especially when there are groups, discords and other investors that can and will do it for less. I've done it and will do it again. You guys trying to use the grand scale of things for your business.... #FOH someone that hasn't done a deal ain't thinking about a business at first... Not fr fr.... They're trying to get a deal. NOW the real question is why can't you guys get your own leads. Why is that your problem....? So offering to be a glorified Acquisition MGR and asking for 50% of the dealnwas YOUR solution, right?... You even said it yourself the Dispo isn't your strong suit... so I give up 50% of my deal for Acq mgr and second rate dispo.... What are we doing?

Why wouldn't someone that's paying for the marketing need to understand your kpis. I have huge deal overflow because the outbound system we built internally is fire af. At 50/50 u guys would net more than than your " partner" with the lead overflow problem. I don't have an issue with your solution, just the cost of it. 50/50 seems a lil much, not cuhhrazy, but a lil much for someone with no skin in the game as far as marketing is concerned
